Payroll is where a small mistake becomes a statutory problem. So that is where we started — and how we build everything since.
Most business software treats compliance as a checkbox bolted on at the end. We do the opposite. We pick one regulated domain, learn its rules cold, and build the product around getting those rules right — every pay period, every filing, every year-end.
VikingPAY+ began with Jamaican payroll because it punishes guesswork. NIS, NHT, Education Tax, and the eleven-step PAYE calculation each have their own thresholds and effective dates. Get one wrong and the Tax Administration Jamaica deadline does not move. We built the engine that tracks those rules so the business does not have to.

Statutory rules are versioned by effective date. The right rate applies to the right period, automatically — including for historical re-runs.
Isolation is a strength.
Every organisation's payroll lives sealed in its own space. One customer's data never appears in another's view. For a bureau, that is the whole point.
Proof beats trust.
Every figure has an audit trail behind it. When an auditor or the TAJ asks, the answer is already on the screen.
